Delete your Take Your Time Back account

Request permanent deletion of your account and associated server data by emailing the contact below from your registered account email with the subject "Delete my Take Your Time Back account". Include your account email. Never send your password or a reset code.

In the app, open Settings and choose "Request account deletion" to open this page in your browser. Use the contact email below to send your request from your registered account email. We verify ownership through the registered mailbox, then remove your account, goals, settings, selected apps and websites, intervention history, feedback, sessions, reset codes and any associated trial or subscription-verification records. We aim to complete verified requests within 7 days. This is a manual request, so opening an email draft alone does not submit it.

Existing sessions stop working after deletion. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove the local copy from your device. Private recovery exports expire within 30 days. Deletions are reapplied before a recovery restore returns to service. Support correspondence and provider diagnostics can have separate retention; ask us about removal where applicable.

Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have one, cancel it in Google Play's Payments and subscriptions settings to prevent future charges.
